Service specialists
The service specialists of Doedijns Controls are highly qualified, well-trained and capable of working in hazardous areas, meeting all necessary safety requirements. They received all necessary training to perform all services at offshore locations, logged in their PSL (Personal Safety Logbook.) The PSL contains all necessary stamps and information needed to enter all plants.
Our personnel may also be employed on a temporary basis at your site, i.e. to fill up holes in project planning or when a deadline needs to be met.
Experience
We have experience in the following areas:
• installation and commissioning of wellhead panels
• installation of wellhead equipment such as actuators
• sampling of oil and performing contamination tests reply with report:
* clean and change of 'old' oil;
* disposal of the oil;
• sharing information in meeting and project teams
• wire-line
• coiled tubing
• chemical injection
Doedijns Asia
Doedijns Asia, our sister company in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), can use local staff in combination with Dutch specialists to perform services in the Far East.
Service cars
Our service cars are equipped with all necessary parts used to perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and services at customer's location in the western part of Europe.
The service cars are equipped with at least:
• N2, to flush interconnection tubing; the tubing will be cleaned from contamination,
and correspondence between tubes and valves can be checked
• testing equipment to assess malfunctioning parts
• commonly needed spare parts to repair malfunctioning parts at site, so that
downtime of the well can be reduced
• tools needed to repair and secure tubing from panel to valve.
